Copthorne Effingham Gatwick Hotel, Copthorne (West Sussex)

I had a rather disappointing experience during my stay. The location is convenient for accessing Gatwick airport, but the overall condition of the hotel left much to be desired. The rooms felt outdated and not very clean, and the dining options were quite poor. To top it off, the service I received was unhelpful at times. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.
